ZEGERID OTC®: Santarus has licensed rights for the U.S. and Canadian over-the-counter (OTC) market to Schering Plough HealthCare Products, Inc., a subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc., to develop, manufacture and sell the ZEGERID OTC product in a lower dosage strength of 20 mg of omeprazole.
License agreement with GlaxoSmithKline: Santarus has entered into a license agreement with GlaxoSmithKline Limited, granting that company exclusive rights to commercialize prescription and OTC products in more than 100 countries.
License agreement with Norgine B.V.: Santarus has entered into a licensing agreement with Norgine to develop, manufacture and commercialize ZEGERID products for specified European countries and Israel.
